1. Admission & Conduct
Rajdhani reserves the right to manage admission and seating at its restaurants in accordance with applicable laws, outlet policies and safety requirements.
Rajdhani is a family-friendly dining brand, and guests are expected to maintain appropriate and respectful behaviour towards other guests, restaurant staff and the property.
Rajdhani follows a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour directed towards its employees, guests or service partners.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or request that a guest leave the premises in the event of inappropriate conduct, subject to applicable law.
2. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and may be made through the booking channels made available by Rajdhani or its authorised partners.
A reservation is considered confirmed only once the applicable confirmation is received.
Rajdhani reserves the right to modify seating arrangements or accommodate guests at an alternative table, where reasonably required, while making reasonable efforts to honour the reservation.
For group bookings, celebrations, private events or special occasions, additional terms may apply.
3. Table Timings
To ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests, table timings may apply during peak hours, weekends, special occasions and high-demand periods.

4. Waiting & Seating

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Where a reservation requires an advance payment, deposit or booking fee, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise specified for a particular offer, event or outlet:
- Cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable terms.
- Cancellations made after the permitted cancellation period may result in the applicable advance or booking amount being forfeited.
- In case of a no-show, the advance payment or deposit may be forfeited.
