MOONG AND POTATO ROTLA

Ingredient :
Flour - 2 cups
4 green chillies - minced
Medium potatoes - 2
1 piece ginger - minced
Moong dal - ½ cup


Coriander leaf - Handful, sliced
Salt – To taste
Chilli powder – 1 tspn
Lime juice - to taste

Method:
Boil moong dal until soft and dry. Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Mix with all the ingredients except flour. Put salt in flour and enough water to make stiff dough. Roll into balls. Roll into small puris.

Take one puri, cover evenly with 1 tblsp. of filling, cover with another puri, seal and pinch the edges together. Sprinkle a little flour on top, carefully roll into bigger size. Shallow fry to a golden brown colour. Serve hot after liberally applying ghee or butter.
