Biscuit Bhakri

Ingredient:

Wheat flour - 4 cups
Besan flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 4 teaspoons

Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 4 teaspoons
Hot water

Method of Preparation:
1. Knead the wheat flour, besan, ghee, milk, sugar and hot water in hard dough.
2. Make small rounds and roll the dough in small biscuit size chapatti ½ inch thick.
3. Cook the chapatti on both sides on a slow flame till it turns brown.
4. Eat with tea
